To order, simply email your desired products to sales@debatiqbutiq.com, or send Message (SMS) to +62 811 820 474 (Sotya). Please write down the product code(s) you wish to order.
We will confirm your order via e-mail or SMS.
Please note that all the products sold in D’BatiqButiq are limited products, so all the orders are on “first come first serve” basis. You can book the product(s) for maximum 2 (two) working days, after that, it can be sold to other party.
After you receive your order confirmation, you can transfer your payment to:

Should you use international money transfer, please do notify us. Usually takes up to 1 (one) week for international money transfer to be completely processed. We will inform you once we have received your payment in our bank account.
After the payment is settled, we will immediately ship out your order.

1. Arga Nirwana Express for Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jakarta & suburbs – Jabodetabek)
2. TIKI/TIKI JNE for outside Jabodetabek (Indonesia only)

Should you have your own preferred shipment, please do notify us.
Kindly note that all product price(s) stated in this website are excluding shipping cost. All the shipping cost to be born by the buyer.

All products that have been purchased is non-returnable,non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Should you find any product damages, kindly claim to us in maximum 2 (two) days after the products are received. After that, we cannot process your claim.

Kami akan memberikan konfirmasi ketersediaan barang. Karena barang yang tersedia hanya ada 1 pc per item, maka kami akan memberlakukan sistem “first come first serve” untuk booking. Barang bisa di-booking paling lama 2 (dua) hari kerja.
